Pokermx Terms & Conditions — User Rights and Responsibilities

By using the Pokermx.net website and its associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. Pokermx is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license.

Once a bet is confirmed on Pokermx, it cannot be changed or cancelled. During in-play (live) betting, odds can shift at any moment. The odds displayed on screen at the time you click "Place Bet" are the odds that will apply to your wager.

If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, pokermx reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake. No winnings can be claimed in such cases.

Pokermx supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through secure encryption.

• Attempting to undermine or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users.

Pokermx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. Users may also choose to close their own account at any time.

• Any legitimate funds in your account will be returned upon closure.
• Funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may be withheld.
• Self-exclusion requests can be submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Pokermx is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, network issues, or third-party service failures. Users are considered to be betting knowingly and at their own risk.
